During two days on March 6 and 7, 2020, the Grassroot Trade Unions of Khanh Viet Corporation organized a wide range of meaningful activities in response to “Ao Dai – Vietnam’s Cultural Heritage” program and 110th Anniversary of International Women’s Day on March 8, launched by Khanh Hoa province’s Federation of Labor.
To promote the Vietnamese women’s tradition and to raise the attention of both families and society to building happy and sustainable families that closely associates with the role of women in the modern life, many meaningful activities were organized by Khatoco’s Trade Union including cake making contest, fruit trimming art contest, seminars, cultural and arts exchanges, Ao Dai show, presenting books and flowers to female employees, folk games, sightseeing, picnic … to create a very joyful and exciting atmosphere for the female employees.
These meaningful and practical activities for the female employees to mark the occasion of “Ao Dai – Vietnam’s Cultural Heritage” Week and Anniversary of International Women’s Day on March 8 aim at honoring the traditional value of Ao Dai in the social life, arousing the pride in Vietnamese cultural heritage and the responsibility for protecting and promoting it in each Vietnamese woman.
These meaningful activities show not only Khatoco’s care and attention to the spiritual and material life of the female employees and but also its acknowledgement of their important role and significant contribution to Khatoco’s process of business and production development so far. These activities have encouraged the spirituality of the female employees, strengthening the solidarity between them, increasing their attachment to the company and creating the motivation among the female union members for trying great effort to fulfill their assigned duties.
