So far, Khatoco has the traditional culture “ When eating a fruit, thinking of the man who planted the tree”. Therefore, Khatoco always acknowledges the dedication of each individual during his time of working for Khatoco.
On the night of 2nd October, 2018, the ceremony of gratitude and musical performance to celebrate 35th anniversary of Khanh Viet Corporation (4.10.1983 – 4.10.2018) was organized solemnly and splendidly by Khatoco’s Management Board to express their gratitude to Khatoco’s working people who have dedicated their youthful strength for Khatoco’s strong development during the past years.
At the ceremony, due to the limited time and space, the organization committee could honor only the staff who have worked at Khatoco for 30 years and 35 years. The staff have worked at Khatoco for 10 years, 15 years, 20 years and 25 years were warmly honored for their contributions at the companies where they are working at.
After the ceremony of gratitude, the organization committee summed up and announced the results of series of movements starting from Khatoco 34th anniversary (4.10.2017), organized by the Board of Directors to celebrate Khatoco 35th anniversary.
Technical innovation and production rationalization movement was successful with 156 initiatives in which 1 initiative graded A, 06 initiatives grated B; 05 initiatives graded C… These initiatives have benefited Khatoco more than VND 4 billion.
For slogan and logo design contest, the organization committee received 347 logos and 603 slogans from the employees of 15 member companies to participate in. The slogans and logos had variety in contents, diversified meanings and high quality. After the consideration and selection, the logo and slogan of the program to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the corporation were officially chosen by the organization committee.
“Khatoco’s Aspiration” yearbook with many genres such as prose, life story, song, poetry …written by Khatoco working people to celebrate 35th anniversary of is very distinct and unique. Their belief in Khatoco has been expressed deeply through their simple and truthful writings.
Youthful and creative flashmob dance video contest was also very successful. During only 2 months when the contest was happening on internet, it gained more than 5,000 times of shares, 500,000 times of reads and 23,000 times of giving emotion.
Musical contest to celebrate Khatoco 35 Anniversary had the impressive figures. 17 teams, 34 items and 435 unprofessional actors, actresses and singers who are Khatoco’s staff. Specially Khatoco’s retired staff also participated in.
When the prizes of above contests were announced, the different emotions of regret and happiness showed on the faces of the participants and delegates. However, all Khatoco people feel proudly that “We are all winners” whenever saying about Khatoco – 35 years of establishment, building and development
