Implementing the plan of the national defense work and militia and self-defense force training in 2020 of the Military Command of Nha Trang city, on the morning of October 26, 2020, the Military Command of Khanh Viet Corporation held a ceremony to open a training course for its self- defense force.
Attending the opening ceremony were the Representatives of Military Command of Nha Trang city including Lieutenant Colonel Dang Quoc Toan, Major Nguyen Van Chinh, Major Le Thanh Hai together with 42 members of the self-defense force of Khanh Viet Corporation.
Mr. Phan Quang Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice – General Director, Commissar of the Military Command of Khanh Viet Corporation gives the speech to open the training course.
Homeland construction and protection are two strategic duties of the whole Party, the whole army and the whole people. The militia and self-defense force are identified as one of the core forces for national defense.
Opening the training course for the self-defense force of Khanh Viet Corporation
During the training course from 26/10/2020 to 31/10/2020, the trainees were trained in politics and military operation with the training contents as follows: The strategy “non-violent action”, riot and overthrow of hostile forces; viewpoints and policies on nation and religions of our Party and State; the current situation of economy, politics, culture – society, national defense – security of the locality; economic development attached to strengthening national defense. Besides, they also learned about shooting, grenade and explosives.

Mr. Dang Quoc Toan, officer of the Military Command of Nha Trang city, highly evaluated the preparation work for this training course. He requested all the trainees would practice seriously in accordance with the approved training plan in order to heighten their revolutionary morality, political quality, professional military style, senses of discipline, vigilance and responsibility to make the effective contribution to the maintenance of political security, public order and safety in Nha Trang city and to the cause of Homeland construction and defence.
