On the afternoon of March 30, 2021, Khanh Viet Corporation’s Head Office held an Employee Conference chaired by Mr. Le Tien Anh, Chairman of the Board of Members of Khanh Viet Corporation and Mr. Do Trinh Truong, Chairman of Grassroots Trade Union of Khanh Viet Corporation’s Head Office.
At the conference, Mr. Phan Quang Huy, Vice General Director of Khanh Viet Corporation reported on production and business results in 2020 of the whole Corporation and the business orientations, duties and plans for 2021. The attendants were also reported on the implementation of internal working regulations and collective agreement; the activity results in 2020 and plans for next term of the People’s Inspection Board; employees’ opinions and proposals for some amendments to current internal working regulations and collective agreement of the Head Office.

3 persons were elected as the employees’ representatives to take part in the Dialogue Group at the workplace and 03 persons were elected to participate in the People’s Inspection Board for the 2021-2023 term. In the presence of all the attendants, Managers of Departments of Khatoco’s Head Office signed the emulation commitment for 2021.

On this occasion, Khanh Viet Corporation awarded certificates of merit to 05 collectives and 21 excellent individuals for their achievements in 2020. 6 individuals were awarded the title “Emulative soldier at the grassroots level”.
