On the occasion of 37th anniversary of establishment of Khanh Viet Corporation (4/10/1983 – 4/10/2020), on the morning of October 10, 2020, Khatoco’s Board of Directors awarded the medal “For the cause of construction and development of Khanh Viet Corporation” to the employees who have long-term working at Khatoco.
At the ceremony, Khatoco’s Board of Directors awarded 10 year working medal to Mr. Nguyen Sao Ky and Ms. Phan Thi Bich Hau; 15 year working medal to Mr. Nguyen Duy Vu and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa. All of them have active and effective contributions to Khatoco’s development.

Mr. Nguyen Sao Ky, a staff of the Information Technology Department is awarded the medal for his 10 years of working at Khatoco.
Ms. Phan Thi Bich Hau, a staff of the Accounting and Finance Department is awarded the medal for her 10 years of working at Khatoco.
Mr. Nguyen Duy Vu, a controller of Khanh Viet Corporation is awarded the medal for his 15 years of working at Khatoco.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa, a staff of the Administrative and Human Resource department is awarded the medal for his 15 years of working at Khatoco.
Mr. Nguyen Duy Vu, a controller who has worked at Khatoco for 15 years said: “When I have just begun to work at Khatoco, my knowledge and experience were still limited. My family earned barely enough for food and clothing. At the present time, after my 15 years of working for Khatoco, my work and my qualification have much developed. The financial condition of my family is also much better. My children are well educated. I am very grateful to Khatoco’s directors for their attention to the employees and considering us a key resource among the resources. So far, many policies and regimes have been built by Khatoco to improve our material and spiritual life”

After 37 years of construction and development, at now, Khatoco is in the top of 200 biggest enterprises in Vietnam with 4,200 employees. Khatoco’s directors always affirm that thanks to the great contribution of all the employees, Khatoco today has grown strongly and achieved the prestige brand. In order to appreciate the great contributions of the employees to Khatoco’s development, since 2013, every year, Khatoco organizes to award the trophies and medals “For the cause of construction and development of Khanh Viet Corporation” to the employees. This activity has become a cultural feature of Khatoco. After 8 years of implementation, 225 trophies and 2531 medals of all kinds have been awarded to Khatoco’s staff.
