On December 29th, 2018, at Yang Bay Tourist Park, the Women’s Organization of Khanh Viet Corporation’s Trade Union organized the conference to sum up the emulation movement of the female staff “Good at Work – Good at Home” during 3 years from 2015 to 2018.
The conference aimed at evaluating the results of this emulation movement during 3 years period from 2015 to 2018. Attending the conference were Mrs.Nguyen Thi Nguyet – Representative of the Women’s Organization of Khanh Hoa province’s Trade Union; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuyen – Vice Chairman of Khanh Viet Corporation’s Trade Union and 33 personnels in charge of women’s activities of Grassroots Trade Unions of 21 member companies belonging to Khanh Viet Corporation.

Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Phuong – Chairwoman of women’s organization of Khanh Viet Corporation’s Trade Union reported the results of the emulation movement “Good at Work – Good at Home” during 3 years from 2015 to 2018 and proposed the orientation for activities of Women’s Organization in 2019.
During the period from 2015 to 2018, the Women’s Organization already achieved their objectives. In order to adapt to the new situation, the organization’s activities were much improved and diversified in both types and contents. The application of policies and regimes to protect the rights and legitimate benefits of female employees were supervised actively. Training and retraining to advance the professional qualifications and the careers of the female staff were enhanced. On the other hand, the Labor Unions created the favorable conditions for female staff to participate fully in the training courses organized by the Provincial Labor Confederation and Khanh Viet Corporation.
To achieve the standard “Good at Work – Good at Home”, the female staff have made great efforts. They have performed excellently not only their work at the working places but also their roles as wives and mothers at home. They always fulfill their key roles in building happy home life, taking care of children and educating them to be good citizens.

At the conference, the participants gave their comments, suggestions and exchanged ideas and experience in organizing effective activities for female staff of the Grassroots Labor Unions and Provincial Labor Confederation in order that the activities of Women’s Organization of Khanh Viet Trade Union will be more and more effective.

At the conference, the representatives of Women’s Organization of Khanh Viet Corporation’s Trade Union awarded the prizes to excellent female collectives and individuals of Grassroots Trade Unions.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nguyet awarded the prizes to excellent female members of Trade Union of Khatoco Quang Nam Ostrich Breeding Center.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuyen gave the reward to Ms. Dang Thi Huong Ky, an excellent female Trade unionist of Khatoco Khanh Hoa Tobacco Factory.
