In January 21, 2021, in Nha Trang city, the Youth Union of Khanh Hoa province held a conference to close their movements in 2020 and to launch the emulation movement to celebrate the 13th National Party Congress. At the conference, the Youth Union of Khanh Viet Corporation was honored to be awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Central Youth Union for the effective prevention and fight against the Covid-19 pandemic and the emulation flag for excellent completion of the duties in 2020 by the Youth Union of the Business Section of Khanh Hoa province.
Mr. Truong Tan Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Khanh Hoa province awards certificates of merit by the Central Youth Union to collectives and individuals for their effective prevention and fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.
2020 was a difficult year with serious challenges caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. From the beginning of the year, Khatoco’s Youth Union took many actions under various forms to join hands to defeat the Covid-19 such as supplying free of charge face masks and hand sanitizer to the employees; making video to instruct how to make hand sanitizer at home; making automatic sanitizing machine by themselves; making partitions to avoid droplets at dining tables in canteens…
In April 2020, Khatoco’s Youth Union donated 5 sewing machines and fabrics to the Youth Union of Khanh Vinh district, Khanh Hoa province to make face marks to the local people and 100 bottles of hand sanitizer (33 liters) to 5 pandemic control stations in Khanh Hoa province.
Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Suong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Business Section of Khanh Hoa province awarded emulation flags to the leading units.
In 2020, Khatoco’s Youth Union kept maintaining and promoting young volunteer movements. More than 90 activities were organized to attract many youth union members to participate in. These excellent achievements of Khatoco’s Youth Union were acknowledged by the Youth Union of Business Section of Khanh Hoa province. Khatoco’s Youth Union was graded one of top 10 excellent collectives of Khanh Hoa Business Section.
In addition, at the conference, the Youth Union of Khatoco Packaging Printing JS Company and Dong A JS Company together with two excellent youth union members of Khanh Viet Corporation were awarded certificates of merit by the Youth Union of Business Section of Khanh Hoa province for their excellent achievements in 2020. Especially, Mr. Le Thieu Tu, the secretary of the Youth Union of Khatoco Packaging Printing JS Company was awarded the Certificate of Merit for excellent completion of duty to prevent and fight against Covid-19.
