On the morning of April 9, 2022, at the Conference Center (46 Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang city) the Youth Union of Khanh Viet Corporation successfully held its 12th congress for the 2022-2027 tenure with the attendance of Mr. Phan Quang Huy – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of Khanh Viet Corporation; Mr. Cap Hong Nguyen – Deputy General Director of Khanh Viet Corporation; Mr. Pham Ngoc Hai – Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union; Mr. Pham Tien – Secretary of the Youth Union of Khanh Hoa Business Sector and representatives of the Party cells, leaders of units and 102 excellent youth union members from 15 grassroots Trade Unions of Khanh Viet Corporation.
Special musical performance opening the congress
At the congress, attenders watched a video reviewing the Youth Union work and youth movements in the 11th tenure (2017 – 2022). During the last term, through the movements such as “Youth pioneering to defend the Homeland”, “Accompanying youth in start-ups”… Khatoco’s Youth Union has created motivation for the emulation in “technical innovation, rationalization of production”, “Khatoco brand development“, “5S, Green – Clean – Beautiful ” among the young people. The Youth Union has supported the corporation to overcome many difficulties during the process of production – business construction and development. Together with the Trade Union, the Youth Union is always a pioneer in implementing well social activities such as charity and gratitude work, cultural and musical activities, sports, especially a series of activities to celebrate Khatoco’s 35th anniversary. In addition, Khatoco’s young people has contributed remarkably to the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control to maintain production and business.
With the achievements in the last tenure, Khatoco’s Youth Union was rated as “excellently completing the task” by the Youth Union of Khanh Hoa Business Sector and was awarded the “Emulation Flag” for 5 consecutive years and was honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from the Central Committee of the Youth Union for outstanding achievements in the Youth Union work and youth movements in 2019 and 2021.
Regarding the orientation and activities for the 12th tenure (2022 – 2027), with the slogan: “Khatoco’s Youth – enthusiasm, creation, unity and development”, Khatoco’s Youth Union will focus on improving the quality of Youth Union organization as well as youth movement activities and strives to build a youth collective having ambition, sense of responsibility, knowledge, skills in team work, pioneering to do all activities, daring to dream and daring to do.
In the new tenure, Khatoco’s Youth Union will focus on 3 key tasks:
• Developing Khatoco’s brands and services
• Training of youth union members to improve their knowledge and skills
• Pioneering to innovate, mastering science and technology
Mr. Phan Quang Huy, on behalf of the Party Committee and the Board of Management warmly praised and highly evaluated the Youth Union for its achievements in the past tenure. He also emphasized some its key tasks for the next tenure. Khatoco’s Party Committee and Management always trust, expect of and support the young people and create the best conditions for them to develop. They consider the Youth Union a core force in production and business activities and put them at the center of the human resource training strategy. Taking care of the development of the youth union members is an important duty to create a driving force to ensure Khatoco’ sustainable development.
Mr. Pham Tien- Secretary of the Youth Union of Provincial Business Sector delivered a speech at the congress.
Mr. Pham Tien – Secretary of the Youth Union of Provincial Business Sector acknowledged the achievements of Khatoco’s Youth Union in the last tenure and highlighted the tasks that they should focus on in the coming time. He requested that the congress had to elect new Executive Committee and Secretary with sufficient qualifications, capacity and enthusiasm to contribute to the successful implementation of Khatoco’s duties in the coming time.
The congress elected 11 persons to work in new Executive Committee and 17 delegates to attend the Youth Union congress at higher level. The congress was successful and ended at 11:30 am of the same day.
